She listened and gave wonderful feedback. I appreciate her help.
Came in to the room, was in a hurry didn’t take the time to get to know me or understand my situation. In fact when I told her I was using Washington labor and industries because I moved here shortly after I broke my knee from Washington her response was “I don’t even know why we take Washington labor, and industries”. I let her know I needed some paperwork filled out. One was just a signature saying I was there at the appointment and the other was a one page form that just asked what my limitations were. She told me she was too busy to do it today. asked if I could wait maybe but I could wait for one hour to three hours. I told her I come from two hours away and it would be really nice if I could get it today but she said well it’s doubtful because I’m swamped and I have patience every 10 minutes. So she said she would get it done and then uploaded into my patient portal. I have yet to see it and it’s been five days..
Very knowledgeable of her work , helped me understand the different treatments for my condition.
