First visit but feel it went well... She explained what she was doing and having the scope put up my nose made me nervous and anxious but she was very good and experienced no discomfort
I really liked that she listened to my concerns and offered a treatment plan based on what I said versus just being cookie cutter.
Efficient and caring. She was able to work past the failings of Aero Care and attend to my issues.
