She was very personable and remembered a lot about me.
I was seen for approximately three minutes, and the appointment felt very rushed. My understanding is that each patient is allotted approximately fifteen minutes, so I was disappointed that I did not feel I received that amount of time or attention. Arnao’s bedside manner was kind and professional, which I appreciated. However, I left feeling as though the focus was on moving quickly through the appointment rather than taking the time to build a patient-provider relationship, address my concerns thoroughly, and ensure I felt heard.
