I left this appointment feeling dismissed and without a clear plan for my concerns. I discussed an ongoing wrist issue and requested a referral to a hand specialist, but this was declined without a clear plan moving forward. I also asked about starting the weight-loss surgery referral process. I explained that I am breastfeeding and understand surgery would not happen now, but wanted to start the process because insurance approval and pre-op requirements can take months. I was simply told to wait until my annual visit. I was also sent for bloodwork without an explanation of what labs were being ordered or what they were checking for. This was especially frustrating after learning the provider is leaving the practice in two weeks, while my follow-up would not be for several weeks. I understand a provider may not agree with every request, but I expect my concerns to be discussed and medical decisions explained. I did not feel that happened.
My first time to see her. She was attentive for the most part. Answered my questions and said she would help me to get what I needed. Mostly referrals and refills.
She was nice and answer my questions extremely good about my. med.whats good for me to take .thank too her very much concerns doctor

Dr. Westbrook was very nice and helpful.
It was uncomfortable and there was a student invited without asking my permission. This is especially inappropriate as a brand new patient. Also I waited over 2 months for the appointment just to be told she doesn't have the ability to fill my pain medication and she said wait for a call by the end of the day regarding it but I never received a call. I will be looking for a different doctor. Oh, and they never removed their covid masks which makes someone feel like the doctor sees them as poisonous.
