Overall I was pleased with my appt. The only thing I wish he would have told me is that both stress test options included an IV. I chose the treadmill test to avoid an IV but when I got to the test it included an IV. I would have chosen differently had I known. Grant called with my test results right away which was great.

V. Grant Luce, MMS, PA-C, is a native of Sarasota who graduated from the University of Florida in 2002 with a Bachelor of Health Science degree. He went on to complete his Physician Assistant education at Nova Southeastern University, receiving dual Bachelor of Science and Master of Medical Science degrees, and publishing his master’s thesis (co-authored with Morton Diamond, MD) in the November 2006 issue of Emergency Medicine.
After becoming board-certified in 2006, Grant practiced cardiology and hospitalist medicine prior to joining Heart Specialists of Sarasota in 2013.
He is passionate about living an active and healthy lifestyle, and in his free time enjoys weightlifting, boxing, running, and is a member of the Manasota Track Club. He lives locally with his wife and two daughters.
