She was really good. She has an excellent bedside manner. As a 78 yo senior I find good bedside manner in short supply in the medical field these days. She is professional and knowledgeable. She listened to all of my concerns and questions. It was a very good experience.

She explained everything & wrote what I needed to do & very pleasant.

Dr. Patel is very professional, sharp and friendly.

She is very thorough, you don't have to wait a whole month and a 1/2 to see her. If I could, I would have her as my primary doctor rather than doctor kim.

I appreciate that I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was convenient. However, the overall quality of care during my telehealth visit felt rushed and impersonal. I originally sought help for a suspected ear infection, but was told I would need to come in person for a proper evaluation. Unfortunately, I was informed that doing so would result in being charged for two separate visits, even though it was for the same issue. In my opinion, this should be considered one continuous visit, as the telehealth appointment did not resolve the concern and I was required to follow up in person. Had I known this in advance, I would have skipped the telehealth appointment altogether. This billing practice feels unfair and discouraging, especially when seeking care for a single medical issue.
