Urvi is organized, efficient, and a nice person. After she checks to make sure I've had no allergic reactions to the shots, I'm out the door. Very easy breezy process. Everyone there is pleasant.

Sadly, this was an unfortunate meeting. Hard of hearing I asked her to pull her mask down, she then just spoke loudly, and I appreciate your protocol of needing the mask but find personnel willing to accommodate me. She was defensive and argumentative finally making me just quit and get my issue solved. Could have been a bad day for her, but poor bedside manner makes me request a different PA next time. I might add I’ve never responded to an appointment like this, I’m disappointed that she must have fallen between the cracks to work at Vanguard.
