He’s very knowledgeable but not overly warm, kind or super friendly, we trust his knowledge so will still use him.
He seemed annoyed or just not happy in general. Not that he has to be but it would've made me feel more relaxed if he'd been more friendly. Otherwise, he seemed to answer my questions and help me decide on replacing my hip.
Very nice and good job of explaining what they did and what to do next to recover.

Listened well, reviewed and explained x-ray. If pain continues in 3 months, I should come back. I fell 2x on both knees and was concerned if I had a break or injury to the partial knee replacement. I was happy to hear no damage, but may have bone bruise.
