Tyler is- a good listener and professional in manner. He's got a sense of humor and a personality that was a refreshing.
Tyler seamed he really knew his work. Dr Ho also did a Fabulous job on my hip replacement.
He’s very knowledgeable but not overly warm, kind or super friendly, we trust his knowledge so will still use him.
He seemed annoyed or just not happy in general. Not that he has to be but it would've made me feel more relaxed if he'd been more friendly. Otherwise, he seemed to answer my questions and help me decide on replacing my hip.
Very nice and good job of explaining what they did and what to do next to recover.
