Very personable and efficient and knowledgeable.I feel like I am in good hands. I did have a problem with getting a med ordered in a timely manner (over 2+ weeks after authorization) but he was personally responsive when informed of this. Felt this session was 15 minutes and he was halfway out the door near the end - trying to guide me out. I was on time for appt and waiting patiently for 30 minutes. And very nervous about coming in today. I was not too loquacious nor did I demand too much of his time. Having 5 more minutes of his expertise and time would have made this session almost perfect.
Tyler was thorough at explaining my test results. He relieved a lot of stress after revealing good results. He answered my questions to my satisfaction,
