ORTHO CALL CENTER IS THE WORST. SO I WENT TO INSTANT ORTHO. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BEFORE I EVER SAW PROVIDER THEY WANTED TO TAKE XRAYS. THEY THEN TELL ME THAT THEY DO NOT DO THE PROCEDEURE THAT I NEEDED. TOTALLY INCOMPETANT FROM THE START. ALSO NO DOCTOR THERE.

I was playing on an emergency basis. They got me in to the office within two hours. Travis was absolutely great. Very knowledgeable and very kind.

Office note did not accurately indicate the information I shared. He told me that my xray revealed arthritis which he thought was the source of my pain but there is nothing that indicates that in the office note.. It is my professional opinion as an RN for 40 years that a P.A. should not be interpreting an xray.

Travis was super professional, very personable, explained everything and made me feel comfortable when I was really scared.

He was compassionate, not the least bit dismissive.

Didn’t listen to me and would not give me an MRI referral. Finally saw a doctor that would and I have a bulging disc and herniated disc in my lumbar spine. Maybe listen to your patient instead of your ego.
