Warm and personable, but seemed uncertain about how to use a piece of equipment on my chest and face (a therapeutic light, which she said was supposed to be for another part of the body). It felt a bit jerry-rigged, trying to hold my shoulders back so I could squeeze into the front opening, and I wondered if it was as effective. I did appreciate her accommodating my desire for both chest and face.
Absolutely top notch! Explained everything so well as she was examining me! Would definitely recommend!
Very kind and explained everything clearly
Very patient and kind and really makes you feel seen during a stressful time.
Thorough and respectful
Tracy is amazing! Love her.
It was all good until Traci winked at me. I find that offensive.
Vast knowledge, wonderful manner
Very thorough and made explanations easy to understand.
Always great
