Tori was great, however, the technician that came in to re-wrap my hand was not friendly at all. I had to question her as to why she put the splint on top of my hand when it had been underneath my hand originally. She seemed to ignore me and had put the splint on the top and was wrapping it. She did end up changing the splint to the bottom. My wife even stated afterwards that this person was not friendly and had a disappointing attitude. Tori’s professionalism and kindness were outstanding. Maybe the technician was having an off day, or maybe it was because I walked in around lunchtime. First time I’ve ever experienced an issue like this visiting the office.

She was so nice and actually listened to my concerns. I’m so used to health care professionals brushing you off but she made a point to make sure my questions were answered and that we were on the same page.

I experienced a rough start in the conversation; however, when she came back in the office to do the injection the conversation/interaction was better.
At first she talked about my thoughts on doing a scope cleanup procedure. I asked how much down time I would have. She started explaining 2 weeks and then PT. At which point I said I couldn’t be out that long from work. She abruptly said, if I finish explaining the full process. I held my tongue, she went through the full process (2 weeks then PT, etc. for 6-8 weeks normally). After she finished, I said the same thing that I couldn’t be out even 2 weeks from work anytime soon.
