She was so nice and actually listened to my concerns. I’m so used to health care professionals brushing you off but she made a point to make sure my questions were answered and that we were on the same page.

I experienced a rough start in the conversation; however, when she came back in the office to do the injection the conversation/interaction was better.
At first she talked about my thoughts on doing a scope cleanup procedure. I asked how much down time I would have. She started explaining 2 weeks and then PT. At which point I said I couldn’t be out that long from work. She abruptly said, if I finish explaining the full process. I held my tongue, she went through the full process (2 weeks then PT, etc. for 6-8 weeks normally). After she finished, I said the same thing that I couldn’t be out even 2 weeks from work anytime soon.

Tori was very friendly and gentle removing my stitches from my fingertip and she showed me my xray and explained the fracture. Service could be improved by soaking finger in office to determine if blood was from injury or a scab from injury as after care could be different. Post appt care instructions weren’t provided in writing at appointment. Appt was set for 4 wks without discussion with patient regarding availability.
While not related to Tori in particular, the room was dusty on the arms holding monitor and keyboard. The protective paper wasn’t pulled on the table and pillow didn’t have coverage which raised concerned with cleanliness expectations. The room showed obvious signs of wear on the walls and tears in the patient table fabric,
