It doesn't generally increase a patient's trust that the doctor is competent when he backpedals what he says so hard he flies out of the exam room. Sir, Im aware of when I broke the bone, but when you found out, you went from "recently broken" to "definitely healed."

Tom was thorough, knowledgeable and efficient in explaining and reviewing my x-ray and recommending a treatment plan. Hands down, I was super impressed.

I appreciated the efficiency, bit I do feel the overall visit felt rushed. I will grant it was a walk in so maybe that's the format, about 5 minute evaluation.

Besides when he walked in the room and introduced himself, he stayed seated and never stood up and looked at or physically examined my injuries. He could improve his people skills too.
