PA Vickers, first as on-call care provider, promptly called and provided guidance on care for an incision scar that was slightly seeping and irritated. The following day she took preventative measures and prescribed a prophylactic course of antibiotics to prevent infection. Finally, I saw her for a follow up visit and checked on the incision and was pleased that it was fully healed/closed. PA Vickers provided outstanding care, communicated clearly, asked me if I had any questions and overall had an exemplary “bedside manner.
