Tina Heck is awesome!! I've known her for a few years and she always listens and pays attention to my concerns and provides excellent care. I'd recommend her to anyone. I really wish she'd move over to Primary Care because I'd love to have her as my primary physician. My only complaint, and not with her was the long wait. I was there pretty much right when the office opened, and I didn't get out of there till about 9:05, which means I was there an hour to see her for maybe 5-10 minutes. I sat in the exam room for probably close to 30 minutes before seeing her. If that's CHC's definition of 'Immediate Care,' I've gotta wonder about anything else.
She was professional and very helpful. There was a long way to see her, but once I was seen, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with the right diagnosis and medication.
She was kind, gentle removing the stitches from my daughter. Answered all my questions and got the prescription sent over quickly to our pharmacy. I appreciated her very much and put us both at ease.
The best, absolutely love her.

Tina was so attentive. She listened carefully to the symptoms I explained, did a thorough exam to address every concern, and explained what she found. She recommended some things I could do to help my symptoms and asked if I had any further questions. I left feeling very good about my appointment, their staff, and Tina.
