I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tina Heck and the entire team at Community Health Centers of the Central Coast. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff welcomed me with kindness and compassion. The medical assistants were incredibly attentive, and Tina took the time to truly listen to my concerns. I came in feeling extremely sick with what turned out to be mono. I was in a lot of pain, scared, and not feeling like myself. Instead of making me feel dismissed or rushed, every single person I interacted with made me feel heard, validated, and genuinely cared for. They took my symptoms seriously, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. This wasn’t my first experience here, and it’s one of the many reasons I continue coming back. Every visit, the staff consistently treats patients with kindness, professionalism, and respect. They truly care about finding out what’s going on and making sure you receive the best possible care.
