I can honestly say that i would highly recommend Canyon Pain & Spine. Tiffany Walker does a great job helping me manage my pain an concerns with every visit an i have no complaints. The east valley location has a great office staff is always pleasant an always on the ball!
Excellent PA. Very knowledgeable, personable, compassionate and caring individual. And a rarity in that she is also trained in working with amputees. I would highly recommend her anytime!
Tiffany is always prepared and has an excellent ear for identifying underlying concerns.
It was decided that I would not need this type of medical treatment. She gave me forms for X-ray if I have a problem in the future

Always pleasant, understanding, and always works with me, not against! I’ve been seeing Tiffany for over a decade…together we have made a lot of good progress in managing my chronic lower back pain and progressively worsening condition. Since 2015, Tiffany has been slowly reducing my once ridiculously high narcotic dosage down to FDA acceptable levels, leveling out to a much lower dose that I was taking for about the last 3 years. Since last Dec 2025, she has been transitioning me off of that physically addictive narcotic that I’ve actually been taking for over two decades, after a severe lower back injury in 1997. Tiffany has safely managed this transition to a much safer and less physically addictive medication…something I never thought could happen without me becoming a bumbling immobile miserable patient! I appreciate that she listens to me, she advises and encourages me, and she doesn’t force me to make changes I’m not comfortable with.
