I had a f/u appt. with Miss Stevens for my foot. I had never seen her before, yet she knew my case. She offered information on how long it would take to heal and the best way to help the progress along. She was attentive, on time and pleasant.

I am unable to rate Ms. Stephens, I am struggling from my surgery on 07/01/22 and am still unable to walk and because of a $500 outstanding balance, the front desk would not let me see her. I truly need help and did not yet recover from the surgery. I’m sure I would have been allowed a payment plan to see me through the recovery.

My appointment was rushed, and while she was talking over me she stated that she wouldn’t need to see me again. But you order a boot for me to wear at night. Wouldn’t you want to follow up with me to ensure that things are progressing well? I guess NOT! I literally chose this orthopedic PA because she looks like me, and her reviews. I evidently caught her on a bad day.

Recently, Tiffany was hurried and rather impatient at my visit. This is not her usual demeanor. I was surprised and disappointed.

Tiffany was very friendly, easy to speak to and explained everything I needed to know about my surgery.

I went in for my appointment and I thought that my left foot was going to be shot with cortisone. That did not happen. I also had a second issue with my right foot because that ankle was hurting too. So, they x-rayed that foot and ankle to see what was the issue there. Now I'm being sent to Raleigh Radiology so that they can do the cortizone shots. I don't know why it all can't be done in one place.

Tiffany was late (10 minutes) and spent less than 5 minutes with me - as she left the room during my visit. When I tried to advance the conversation to a more specific focus, she "summed" up the visit. I find that all of the visits at RO have gone the same...very brief. So brief I leave with loads of unanswered questions. It feels like they are being pressured to minimize patient contact to keep their "productivity". RO is getting really bad for cracking out the numbers and it easy to notice.

Tiffany was very off-putting; I believe that she is very good at reviewing forms with the patient, but does not like to be questioned on procedures or why the Dr. may be doing something specific. At one point I used a cuss word to emphasize a point, and she said "why are you cussing at me; I don't like to be cussed at"... I explained it was not aimed at her, but to emphasize a point. What I should have said is because I am the one paying the bill, and if cussing is the way I get my point across, then you need to adjust. I'm the paying customer!

Tiffany took the time to really identify the issue with my foot and made sure I understood and didn't have any questions. I really enjoyed the visit - she makes you feel very comfortable and more than just a patient.

I like Dr. Stephens she was detailed and quick. I personally would have liked a bit longer conversation about my lifestyle and background but it was very straight and to the point.

Usually I do not like to meet with PAs but meeting with Tiffany has really change my future opinion.
