She saw short toned with me and provided no explanation or information. I had ask about the stopping of medication and her answer was very general. Stop all for one week before. Without even looking at the medication list. Is a week 5 or 7 days. Then I tried to ask about the after care. Her answer was about icing the knee and some people say different on and off. No real answer. I ask again about how long in days. Answer until the swelling goes down. Forget to tell me the schedule an after surgery follow up meeting or any real help. She did say to go ahead get the pain medication. No one else at this office has ever treated me this way. Maybe something bad happened in her personal life. If not she has a real problem the dealing with people.

Tiffany always takes her time with me and will answer any and all questions I have. She takes x-rays and looks at them before examining me. She is kind, thoughtful and considerate. I have been coming to Pinnacle for 20 years. I have a total knee, knee ligament repair, both total hips, elbow, and thumb surgery. I am truly so much better and make all the security screenings go off. Suffice it to say that they are the best!! Even better they now have an Urgent Care section at the Towne Lake office. Pinnacle rocks!!

Tiffany has always seen me quickly and I have not had to wait long. She takes her time with an exam and if there are any x-rays she takes her time looking at them. If I ever have questions or want to discuss something about my care, and I ask her she will go into detail if needed, and never ever makes me feel as if, she’s in a hurry or she’s gotta go quickly or she’s behind with other patients, but always takes whatever time I need to sit and talk and ask questions in a very polite and positive way. I actually enjoy going there when I get to see her because she does care a lot about her patients.

She was very nice, explained well what I need to know for upcoming surgery. Answered all my questions.

She said that I could have 2cortisone shots. One in left knee (which is what I had originally came in for) and the right hip which has really been hurting. She is very nice and said that I could have 2 shots. I told her that I didn’t think you could. She failed to ask me if I was a diabetic. My sugar is 491. I later learned how cortisone shoots your sugar up, especially 2 shots!! I am praying that it doesn’t keep going up. Please keep your PA’s informed. I am upset that because you give them a lot of leniency to make medical calls my knee was (I believe) damaged when she tried to drain my knee and kept digging and finally Swayze came in and found it in seconds. Nobody will admit that is why I still swell in that same spot.

I waited 40 minutes in the room… just to get a cortisone shot. I usually have a great experience at this location… but not today. Tiffany was great once she got in there.

Don’t know if it was her fault but waited for over 30 mins before was called in for X-rays then another 30 before Tiffany came in , she apologized for delay and seemed to be nice and knowledgeable.
