Outstanding clinician. Empathetic, able to listen to the patient, willing to answer questions with genuine responses, accepting of patient’s impressions and concerns. Makes requests while allowing the patient time to make a decision. He diagnosed a condition today that made sense for the first time in years of talking to MDs.
