He was wonderful. It would have been a better experience If the receptionist Sandra was more pleasant and not act like she dislikes her job. She wasn’t at the front desk when I came in, she came in from the back told me to sign in clip board was on her desk. I was the only one that needed to be checked in. One more was waiting to be seen by the dr. She still made me wait close to 10 min then I had to fill out forms, even with hands hurting she told me I had to do it anyways. I had an appointment 2 days later still had to. . Had a question about something she told me “abruptly “ I need to enlarge the screen so I could see it. The tone! Finally got seen 25 min later, I came back out to check out and she was gone again! Waited another 5-7 min again to check out. This time the room was getting full. I have never encountered her before. I will say this. If she worked in the drs office itself and not the urgent care, I would probably quit going. When I left someone outside was not happy
