Thomas was fine and okay but The nurse who took me back had incredibly rude bedside manner. I was 3 days post op. Instead of showing compassion she was like “we can’t change your dressing or look at your little blister if you don’t get on the table.” Getting on and off the table hurts and I was apprehensive. My “little blister” is fluid filled and 5 inches across. It is not little to me and I did not appreciate her passive aggressive tone. Clearly I’m at urgent care on a Sunday evening because something is wrong a little compassion from this woman would’ve gone a long way.
He was friendly and efficient. Explained the x ray, did a few functional tests, and explained the issue. Ensured I understood the prognosis.
Thomas was excellent. He took time with me, explained everything clearly, offered options, and reassured me.
Gave helpful recommendations and exercises with a brace for a nasty sprain. Was very helpful and took time to make sure I understood follow up instructions.
