Although we met for the first time at Raleigh Orthpaedic Urgent Care, Thomas was exceptionally kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Thomas made me feel comfortable and gave me clear directions to help me recover from a careless injury to a 9-week post op knee replacement.
He explained everything thoroughly while remaining cordially upbeat. Thomas also has a light hearted sense of humor that was very encouraging to me as a senior citizen with an arthritic knee problem.
