i went to Edwards Mill urgent care to get a splint rewrapped & he refused. His nurse said i needed a new splint but the one i was wearing was a perfect fit & quite comfortable even though my arm was broken.Keep in mind he never saw me I stayed the waiting room.i went back to Steve at WAKEFIELD PT who did a painless rewrap. very unprofessional care

Mr Batchelor was absolutely amazing! He took extra time to explain what was wrong with my knee and provided all the options for treatment. He was patient, super knowledgeable and made sure I understood the aftercare before I left! Would highly recommend him.

The urgent care had me in checked in in a room...got x rays....saw Batchelor ....got a diagnosis....and was out of there in an hour tops. Very good, efficient, experience. And the treatment prescribed is working!
