Theresa took time to get the full picture of my injury as well as my needs going forward. I so appreciate that she did a thorough evaluation of my ankle/foot injury, including a review of previous x-rays, and she actually listened to me when I explained what I needed/hoped to occur in my recovery. It is rare that a provider truly listens to you and recommends a course of action based on that as well as the evaluation of the injury. Thank you!

I will NOT ever schedule with Theresa Koppal again. Theresa does NOT seem to be positive asset to Dr Lake's team. Nice lady, but seems not well trained. Biggest negative was insensitivity and lack of concern about using same needle to inject foot 2 times -first time injected not where needed - resulting in blood dripping from injection. Removed needle, exposing needle to air and her hand, then re-injected, wiping excess blood. Perhaps I am overly cautious, but am post OHS with replacement valve- cardiologists have advised caution about procedures re injections/ blood. Using same needle for 2nd injection, after exposing to air /hand caused me concern about potential bacteria being injected 2nd time.
