They did not take into consideration the fact that returning to work and having to drive more than 8 hours a day significantly aggravated my condition. Instead of continuing to improve, my symptoms worsened considerably.
The Emergency Department staff has been very helpful in managing my severe pain during this difficult time. Unfortunately, my experience with the practice, particularly with Theresa, has been extremely disappointing. I did not feel that my concerns were heard or that the impact of my work duties on my medical condition was adequately considered.
As a result, I am now searching for a different orthopedic practice that will provide the level of care, communication, and support I need.
