Temple W. Simpson, MPAS, PA-C

Temple W. Simpson, MPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 13 years of experience, including more than a decade specializing in endocrinology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a minor in Microbiology from Clemson University and completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.

Temple is passionate about helping patients take charge of their health through a combination of medical treatment, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. She has a particular interest in diabetes care, including insulin pump therapy, as well as thyroid disease, but provides comprehensive care across the full spectrum of adult endocrinology. She believes deeply in helping patients understand “the why behind the what,” empowering them to successfully manage their conditions.

Originally from Ninety Six, South Carolina, Temple enjoys spending time in nature—especially gardening and being outdoors—whenever she’s not in the clinic. Her compassionate approach and dedication to patient education make her a valued provider in the field of endocrinology.
