Temple is passionate about helping patients take charge of their health through a combination of medical treatment, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. She has a particular interest in diabetes care, including insulin pump therapy, as well as thyroid disease, but provides comprehensive care across the full spectrum of adult endocrinology. She believes deeply in helping patients understand “the why behind the what,” empowering them to successfully manage their conditions.
Originally from Ninety Six, South Carolina, Temple enjoys spending time in nature—especially gardening and being outdoors—whenever she’s not in the clinic. Her compassionate approach and dedication to patient education make her a valued provider in the field of endocrinology.
She has time always to explain drugs, options, treatments. I never feel rushed. She is excellent!
She always sincerely listens gives great advice. Very knowledgeable. Answers questions. She truly cares about her patient's.

Temple goes above and beyond to make sure you understand your treatment and answer any questions you have. She does not rush in and out like the wind, she takes the extra time with her patients which I love.

She does an amazing job of truly listening to your concerns and making you feel heard. I never feel rushed during appointments, and she takes the time to actually address the issues I bring up rather than coming in with a preconceived notion of what she thinks is going on. I really appreciate that her approach is proactive while still being conservative. She doesn’t immediately push medications or make you feel judged for your concerns or choices. Instead, she listens, asks questions, considers what you’re saying, and works with you to figure out the best approach. It’s refreshing to have a provider who genuinely listens and makes you feel comfortable speaking openly about your concerns.
Best caring doc around! She listens and advises while taking you into consideration for all things! Highly recommended! Much respect for her!
