Very friendly. I came in with a broken hand and she made me feel comfortable and not like an idiot for doing it. Got me all set and on my way.

She was very nice and presented my options to me. She was not pushing to have 1 procedure over another. Refreshing to see a medical professional that really seems to care about the patient.

I have a latex allergy and no one read my file before I was handled with latex gloves on. I asked her nurse Amy to double check before removing my stitches. She blew me off and refused to check. Taylor came in the exam room, and just followed the nurses lead even though I asked again. I gothh by up and found latex is all that is available in each room without a request to not.
