I have a latex allergy and no one read my file before I was handled with latex gloves on. I asked her nurse Amy to double check before removing my stitches. She blew me off and refused to check. Taylor came in the exam room, and just followed the nurses lead even though I asked again. I gothh by up and found latex is all that is available in each room without a request to not.

Very friendly, answered all questions. seemed to be very knowledgeable about the surgery I had. Felt very comfortable around her. Hopefully she will STAY IN OUR AREA.
