She has been the best so far her smile alone made my day in addition to that she did not Mel’s me feel dumb or like I had to rush off the phone. She answered all my questions and even ones that didn’t pertain to their office. Flat out she is amazing and needs to be recognized for it.

She was nice enough and made an attempt to be helpful. But she wasn't able and/or willing to offer the type of help I was seeking. She did give me a referral list, but absolutely refused to validate my issue. I hate to give her a low rating because she really was a lovely individual, but I feel as if my time was wasted. The clinic was 45 minutes away, for a 5 minute visit where I was informed that I should go elsewhere. Looking at a person's records first would be helpful, because that could have been handled better with a phone call.
