Taylor was absolutely amazing in every!!! My son Aaron ( Bear) 🧩🧸🧩 has been through trauma from Broad Creek Middle School and Bouge Sound Elementary to the point there are words and phrases that send him through the roof/into hitting himself he has come a long way since I pulled him from public school! She said the same trigger phrase twice not her fault at all yet she was compassionate steady understanding and quick to help with his emergency needs!!! My heart was full of how gentle sweet and kind she was to my Boy!!! Taylor Landis Thank You 💕🌻 You’re a Natural I’m so Impressed Keep loving shining and caring the way you do!!! You are Amazing!!! ✨✨✨
Very professional, thorough, clear and listened to my concerns, and questions and explained 2 different ways got me to understand exactly what we could do (respected me being able to make my own informed decision). Very pleased with KCMC urgent care for having her working there.

Mrs. Landis, as well as the rest of the staff were super nice and patient with my toddler! As parents urgent care visits are not always fun but JCMC does try to get you in and out as best as they can!
