Very helpful and super understanding
Very professional, knowledgeable and kind!
Mrs. Landis, as well as the rest of the staff were super nice and patient with my toddler! As parents urgent care visits are not always fun but JCMC does try to get you in and out as best as they can!

Attentive, gentle, & informative. Showed wonderful bedside manner and took her time to thoroughly listen to concerns and assess my child’s condition, and collaborated with colleagues to ensure proper recommendations and treatment of the condition. Absolutely would recommend.
Taylor was very kind and considerate towards me and my children! She quickly summed up the situation and prescribed care. She even went out of her way to help renew a prescription for my allergy medicine.

I like her mannerism. Very caring
During treatment my daughter started crying the blood pressure strap got so tight. My wife had to ask them to remove it. Otherwise - doctor was great and got them taken care of. But the nurse that takes vitals needs to pay attention and ask questions — no reason my wife had to ask for it to be removed due to it over squeezing and making our daughter cry.
