A COMPLETE PROFESSIONAL!! Taylor went above and beyond for me, she addressed all my concerns, identified the problem and explained everything that was going to take place. She is the perfect example of how an organization should conduct themselves in this profession in my opinion. This young ladies boss needs to step out of his/her office, put down the coffee/tea walkout on the floor where the rubber meets the road and tell her “Good Job” for me!!! Forgive me….. I love her! She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She explained everything so it was easy to understand.
Kind, polite, and professional. Answered all our questions relieved our concerns regarding my ability to get into a vehicle after surgery. She fully explained post op activities like climbing stairs for most patients is much easier with the anterior method than the posterior method.
She is patient and takes her time with an assessment. She actively engages you with treatment options and gives great advise on what would be the best course of action.
Taylor Johnson is the best. Very caring , knowledgeable and thorough. Big future ahead of her in her field.
