My son originally when to NWO for his broken wrist. He was placed in an elbow splint, ace bandage and a cast over top. This was bulky and hot. My son was embarrassed by what it looked like. I switched him to OIO and Tanner got him in a more comfortable cast that will still promote healing. My son was happy and excited to show off his new cast.
