I had to wait an hour to be seen. 45 in the lobby then 15 in the exam room. She seemed overwhelmed and over busy and spent 5 min with me. I will find a new doctor

It’s hard to explain in words how amazing and helpful she is. Tana truly cares about her patients. I won’t ever see anyone else!

Came by in 2 hrs after am treatment and she was not around to complete treatment til 25 min late w/treatment on my face 25 min longer. Then had wrong protective procedure glasses put on by untrained person. I think this office mgmt is sloppy and unprofessional start to finish.

Have been going to her for 12 years. Normal annual visits and then 6 years ago she noticed a spot where it was an issue and immediately took the next steps to resolve the issue. Very professional, through with examines, asks questions, knows my history prior to appointment and continues to work with me to resolve any continuing issue.

She was personable and seemed to know her craft; but i have never seen a medical professional come and go so quickly. It was like she was limited to 3 or 4 minutes and then time to move on. I couldn't think of the questions i wanted to ask fast enough. I guess i will need to rely on google for those questions
