Tammy Howerton, PA-C, offers comprehensive and accessible care to patients in DeFuniak Springs. She is a registered Physician Assistant with decades of experience caring for routine illnesses and injuries, as well as working to treat and manage chronic conditions. PA-C Howerton also provides women's health and wellness care to women of all ages, specializing in annual wellness, cervical cancer screening, and preventive care.

PA-C Howerton served in the United States Air Force for ten years and has worked as a health care professional for over 20 years. She was accepted into PA training after three years in the Air Force and went on to earn her Master of Physician Assistant degree in Omaha, Nebraska, from the University of Nebraska School of Medicine.
