Tam Thu Tran, PA-C

Tam Thu Tran, PA-C, is an experienced physician assistant with nearly eight years of clinical experience, specializing in hand and upper extremity musculoskeletal care. She has extensive experience assisting in hand and upper extremity surgery, as well as managing a wide range of orthopedic conditions in both surgical and non-surgical settings.

In addition to her orthopedic background, Tam has recent experience in sports medicine, joint replacement care, and non-operative pediatric orthopedics. Earlier in her career, she worked in internal medicine, providing her with a strong foundation in comprehensive patient care. Her diverse clinical background allows her to bring a well-rounded approach to patient evaluation, treatment planning, and long-term management.

Tam is highly skilled in surgical assisting, as well as pre-operative and post-operative counseling and care. She is known for her pleasant bedside manner and her commitment to treating every patient and colleague with respect, compassion, and professionalism.

She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida in 2016. Throughout her career, Tam has worked primarily in private practice settings, where she benefited from close mentorship under experienced supervising physicians and surgeons. She values collaborative, patient-centered care and is passionate about helping patients return to function and improve their quality of life.
