She was very nice and easy to talk to. Provided me with specific information when asked. I had a very poor experience with the last person I saw and Sydney gave me a very different experience.

She was very professional, comfortable, and reassuring
Sydney was polite and kind, but she seemed relatively dismissive of my concerns. Simply just citing quick fixes and making it seem as if she just wanted to find a quick solution instead of listening. I also noticed it seemed she wanted to get back to chatting with her coworkers in the office table instead of spending time in the room with me to ensure I felt heard.
She was wonderful and explained things clearly.
