Suzanne was friendly and attentive but failed to provide me with the necessary information and answers to my questions but rather just took notes for the doctor which I’ve been rescheduled out a month to see but was informed that he’s only available for a telehealth visit. Extremely disappointing given the amount of discomfort I’m experiencing.
