First visit to BO. Steven was straight with his replies, even if you didn't want to hear the truth from an expert. Felt very comfortable with him and the entire staff. I do not think that I would have heard anything different if I saw a Dr rather than a PA. I would see him again if need be.
Very personal and professional completely honest direct into the point he did his job. He did it well and I went home thinking thank you God because my knee hurts if it doesn’t get any better with the Cortizone shots and taking it easy then he’ll come back. I’m sure he’s going to recommend a MRI or something, but I was very satisfied. Thank you very much for everything STEVE. I appreciate it.
