Hi Steve, I would encourage you to slow down during these pre and post surgery discussions. I thought it was a little fast particularly since I have not experienced shoulder surgery before. I am sure it will go fine but it felt rushed.
Steve is professional and always , proficient in his work. He is always friendly.
