I have an issue with not being listened to and given false hope. It is almost as if she had not read my charts after I had been told something different by the surgeon and the doctor. I am consistently having to advocate for myself and push for answers when I should not have to. I had to ask about the lab tests being done because she didn’t send me to get labs after she said I needed them.
Stephanie always listens and addresses any issues. She’s such a sweet person.
The service was wonderful, and the staff are friendly. She explained things to me in a clear manner. She was very personable.
