Spencer was excellent I just do not like the wait time my appointment was at 2:45 I didn't get seen for x rays until a hour after I didn't think that was necessary

He is very good explains everything well, answers all my questions. The X-ray tech I had yesterday, not so good. Many pics and finally had to get someone to help, and hurt me.. last visit tech was excellent . One try for each shot. Did not hurt, excellent pics. Trouble getting medications to my pharmacy.

First impressions really are every thing. I was a little upset, but understanding about waiting so long for my appointment. Just having that fact acknowledged made me feel valued as a new client. Spencer was patient, attentive to my specific needs and pain level, Spencer handled himself very professional and made me feel I had his undivided attention. These qualities unfortunately gets lost over time, I just hope he doesn’t anytime soon, quality healthcare is so hard to find.

Spencer was great, however, my appointment was with the doctor. I waited in the waiting room for an hour and in the patient room for 30 minutes. This is the kind of wait you have at a walk-in urgent care not a specialist facility with an appointment.
