Spencer listens he's very informative and he takes the time to discuss treatment plans what outcomes should look like. Spencer has excellent bedside manner and he takes the time to answer questions and concerns.
Friendly, took time to explain stuff and pleasant “bedside” manner. Also appreciated possible next steps if my condition continues after initial treatment.
Awesome!!!
Spencer is very good, compassionate and professional. He's a keeper for sure.
Spencer was patient, thorough, and very competent.
I have seen Spencer for over 2 years and I absolutely love him! He us compassionate and caring.
The rating is more of a critique of handling patient procedure. Check in was very rude and set the tone for the 45 minute freezing cold wait in the room. MA’s should notify patient if dr/pa is running more than 15 minutes behind schedule. Common courtesy! Emergencies happen, but show respect to the other patients. It was a domino affect from very rude check in, waiting and freezing for 45 minutes and then feeling “rushed” when it was my “turn” and touching on insult when I was told to expect at least six weeks before feeling better, which it was, but asked why I didn’t come back sooner??? Umm, six weeks, felt better, then suddenly it all started pain again. I can see why a few people have said they would never go to pinnacle. I’ve been satisfied up to this point and it really was the treatment from beginning to end for this visit. Spencer is very knowledgeable and has a great personality but the procedure reflects on everyone!
Top notch personable and professional. Had answers to any questions that I had. Great experience!
Knowledgeable, professional, he has always had my confidence
