Gentle and understanding
Sonya was wonderful. Kind, caring. Took a lot of time to listen and clearly explain details of treatment.
Would never see her again nor recommend her. Sonya was upset that I requested additional testing for my body even though I didn’t “fit a description/fit the symptoms.” Sonya was also insistent that I don’t get the requested tests. She didn’t knock before entering like she did with other patients, nor did she even speak to me when she entered. She became visibly upset (turned red) when I basically told her I didn’t care if I didn’t fit the symptoms, I still wanted a thorough check up of my reproductive organ(s). She essentially told me for other questions or concerns, I would need to schedule another appointment because she didn’t have time….

Sonya has always been a caring and listening person. She is focused and takes her job to the level it should be.
Even after years of not coming in, she still remembers details about me. She is a wonderful PA who listens and cares. She makes uncomfortable exams like a pap smear feel like it's not even happening. She's wonderful, I love her!
