She is a great doctor but we waited 1 hour over our appointment time just to get into the room. The office or staff had no respect to at least let us know of them running late.

Appointment was 2pm. Doctor see me 3pm. 1 hour late.

Professional, caring and very informative about issues of concern to me.

Wasn't prepared and didn't have what the appointed was for. Then proceeded to give me a piece of paper with instructions that could have been emailed to me. I sat in the office for 2 hours for a piece of paper.

I have always had a very high opinion of the Medical Profession. And among the medical people I admire is Sonal, who seems to want to go the extra mile to ensure great care. Yes, she is at the group at the top who cares the most.
