She answered all my questions and was very friendly making an anxious situation less anxious. The scheduling experience has nothing to do with Sienna. SHE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. The scheduling process was a nightmare. In fact, it was because of Sienna and Dr Obrock that I continued with the surgery.
