Shefin Mathew is a true professional and a great asset to OAA .
I do not feel that he truly listens to the patient's concerns. Also, he continued to look at his watch as if he didnt have enough time to answer my questions. Also, every report he has posted to the portal indicates we discussed things that we didn't. I am stuck seeing him though because he & Dr. Brislin did the surgery.
