Ms.Shayne listens to U as a patient & not an assembly line number! Each individual has Pain that requires smethg. different prior to the patient B 4 & the patient ta B seen next. Her kind, competent, professionalism is felt,& experienced with leaving her establishment knowing your Pain management will B available for pickup at your pharmacy with also having a future appointment available & set-up in plenty of time B 4 ur prescription runs out giving U less anxiety & wonder if U will be in unnecessary Pain as that was my horrible situation with my past Pain mngment.office. Shayne genuinely cares about her patients & always asks if there's anythg else she may answer or do 4 U at the end of every visit I have had with her. Truly she is the best,& kindest even when she's extremely busy taking the time to show U-you matter!! Never rushing U out as if the next patient is more important than U. That is greatly appreciated & I know I'm not the only patient that feels this way about her.~Tricia
