I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at StrideCare in Round Rock. From the second I walked through the door, the entire place just gave off genuinely kind, positive vibes.
It started with the receptionist. She was sweet, welcoming, smiling, and actually seemed happy to be there. That might sound like a small thing, but it makes such a difference when you’re walking into a medical office.
Then I met Candice, Shauna’s assistant, and she was absolutely incredible. She explained everything so clearly, made me feel completely comfortable, and was just genuinely fun and easy to talk to. By the end of the appointment, I felt like Candice was someone I could actually be friends with in real life. 😂 She’s awesome.
And then there’s Shauna Gordon. I came in because of my varicose veins, and from the moment she walked into the room, I felt like I was in good hands. She was kind, patient, smiled, listened to me, explained everything clearly, and most importantly,
