When you walk in, you immediately feel welcomed by the young lady at the front desk. She was very helpful and fun, and I appreciated her insights she shared with me. Then meeting Dr. Shannon was easy and he put me at ease immediately. I would recommend them to any of my friends who might find a need for a spinal surgeon or spinal specialist.
He was fine but assistant was RUDE and DISMISSIVE towards me.
