Thorough in her response to questions, very clear welcoming, put me at ease! Added my daughter to the call, a pleasant experience for her.
First time seeing her. I usually see Megan Harder. Shannon was nice and informative and provided answers that would help in later times. Not my regular but she passed and got my questions and concerns answered and that's what counts. It had been exactly 1 yr to the day.
