Shane is very professional and well informed
Considering I saw Patrick Denard. This one star reding isn't for Shane. Tracy, it's for Patrick Denard. He was very cold, no an empathetic. And made me feel like I was wasting his time. In the future, you might wanna check and see who actually saw me for my follow-up.
I’ve been dealing with my shoulder issue for almost a year. Shane patiently went over the X-rays and recent MRI and explained the next step. I know hm in good hands.

DOES NOT LISTEN. BEEN IN PAIN FOR YEARS, HAS NOT DONE AN MRI TO CHECK MY TISSUE DAMAGE. STILL LIVING IN PAIN AND JUST GIVES ME PILLS TO SHUT ME UP. I WILL NOT TAKE THEM.
