Started the conversation with, “this is really bad”. It went down from there…. Couldn’t believe a word of what he had to say! After a traumatic shoulder injury, he insisted that I needed shoulder replacement due to arthritis.
He competent and kind, very respectful.
Shane is always personable, listens closely, explains reasonings and we walk away informed.
This office is very good at what they do. I was seen very quick. Staff was very friendly and Shane explained the procedure I’m about to go through very good. I can’t recommend them enough.
