Shane was considerate , answered all of my questions, and listened well when when I answered his. He put me at ease during my last appt. before surgery.
Quick response from his office. Clean spacious seating area. Well spoken, clear communicative staff. Dr. Tracy himself was on time, attentive to the patient's needs, showed excellent understanding and care, was able to answer questions, and his response was easy to understand. He ordered tests promptly, and has a pleasant personality that was professional. I would highly recommend. One fault. The check in staff at the main arrival desk was an irritated that my 88 year old mother in a wheelchair couldn't understand her sitting behind the desk. When asked if she could please stand up and speak directly to my mother about her condition and appointment process, she was visibly annoyed and her answers were abrupt and irritated. This slowed when she understood that my mother was recovering from a hard fall that has left her rattled, and unable to physically stand safely. This is the only point of concern.
Incredibly helpful and enthusiastic to help. Felt like an experience being tagged along with rather than just another patient. Let’s hope we stay healthy but if any other service is needed in the future, I only hope whoever there for it as helpful as this team! Thanks for making a daunting and challenging process so much easier to manage and get through positively!

Doctor Shane is an excellent doctor. He treated me with kindness and and professionalism. And I’m very grateful because he was able to help me with a problem that has caused my a lot pain. I highly recommend him.
