Shane always takes the time for you to tell
Him what is going on rather than him trying to diagnose without listening. Rare quality these days
Apt on time. I was there 30 minutes early and was checked in, taken in for x-rays and he walked in the door at 11:32. Perfect! Thank you Kittitas Ortho and Shane
