He explained things well
Professional efficient courteous Did not wait long
I expected a more in depth visit by commenting in more detail the provided x-rays and whether the evolution of the surgery of my hand seemed to be okay or not. I voiced concerns about two bumps on the operated thumb and the response was that maybe some stich was left in. No solutions offered if that turned out to be the case or any reassuring commenting. I left with uneasiness, just being asked to wear a brace 6 more weeks. I have to pay put of pocket and it wasy a bill of $180. I'm sorry to say my expectations were not met, although he is kind and polite.

Shane explained my hand issue and proposed that I try a non-surgical approach to solving the problem. I left the office with the brace I needed and did not have to go anywhere else.
What a great experience at Boise Hand clinic. Shane and all of the staff was outstanding. Shane took his time to explain to me what was going on with my hand and gave me all the options. Thanks again.
