Today's experience with Shanae for a pre-op was a very negative experience. It felt very rushed and she acted annoyed that I was asking additional questions. Her response when I asked a question about the MRI was "I'm really busy today but if I get a chance I'll look and call you later" . She also stated they "usually just open patents up and decide what they will be doing when they can look at everything". I felt that was unacceptable as she is assisting Dr. Perry with the surgery just two days from now and didn't even know the details of the MRI. her personality was also very direct and curt leaving the impression she did not care about her patients. I'm hopeful she has better surgery skills than her communication with her patients
