I enjoyed Shay's bedside manner and knowledge. The one thing that makes me nervous is an incompetent physician and one whom doesn't listen. Shay was all of these and proactive. The plan is to do something about my pain versus hope for the best. I asled questions, she had answers, she assessed and asked questions, so I am satisfied. We have a few more steps and I believe in her capabilities.
