She was very pleasant and professional, However I wish I was able to view my X-rays and feel more a part of the treatment plan so I could view the areas that were being discussed I felt that just sitting and waiting until my shoulder lump hurt was not a great alternative for a treatment plan, I was also concerned as my blood pressure was not taken or any type of vitals i've never not had that done in any doctors office before.I was very happy that a MRI was suggested as more evaluation of the area is being done as I felt like I was left hanging in a way.

When delivering the news that I need surgery, Shana did not explain the problem, and just said “you need surgery, someone from scheduling will call you. I had to really prod her for information and she seemed bothered and uninterested. This is a big deal in my life to get surgery, affecting my work and my physical activities. I just expect a little more explanation and caring. I understand there are a lot of patients coming through, but surgery if life altering and should be given more time and caring. Thank you.
